Full Weekend Pass:
One-day Special – November 7 only — $30 per person!November 8 – February 15 — $45 per person- February 16 – March 7 — $60 per person
- At the door — $65 per person
Registration closes on March 7 at 11:59:59 pm EST.
Paying by check? If you elect to pay via check, we must receive your check no later than Tuesday, March 6 in order to guarantee your registration at the pre-registered price. Otherwise, you will be charged the at-the-door weekend pass price of $65 when you arrive.
Have a group of 8 or more? Get our group special of $40 per person (preregistered only)! If interested, please contact us for more information on how to register.
A La Carte Prices – available at the door only:
- Thursday Early Bird Dance – Free
- Friday Main Dance – $20 per person
- Friday Late Night – $10 per person
- Saturday Day Dance – Free
- Saturday Main Dance – $25 per person
- Saturday Late Night – $10 per person
- Sunday Day Dance – $10 per person

The fine print…
Refunds - We understand that the unexpected can happen and you may sadly not be able to attend QCLX after having registered. We do not give refunds for weekend passes. However, you can sell your pass to someone else for no more than the current weekend pass price. If you have a housing assignment, it does not transfer with your sold pass. If you won a pass to QCLX at another event, it is not transferrable.
Spectator / Chaperone Passes – Because our event is very reasonably priced, we do not sell discounted passes for “spectators” or chaperones (i.e., non-dancers). Only weekend passholders who have a wristband, or those who have paid the a la carte price at the door, will be given admission to the dances.
